Stabling (limited), includes shavings : $55 for the weekend
$35 overnight (arriving after 4p.m. showing one day only) $25
day stall - full payment for stalls required as deposit in order to hold stalls.
Deposits refunded only if vacancies are filled. Deposit checks not cashed until
after the show. Priority given to those showing both days!

Jumper classes $20 - $5 added back per entry
50%, 30%, 20% for 1st thru 3rd.
Hunter classes $17, $20 stake classes, $5 per entry add back to stake classes
Non showing fee $25 per day per horse. ALL
horses & riders must have an entry form signed at the office - showing or
non-showing.
RV (electrical) hookups $35 for the weekend
No post entry charges.

Trophy and six ribbons will be awarded each class.
Champion and Reserve ribbons will be awarded to each division.
1. Hunt Farm, Pamela Hunt, Philip Sawin, Pine Hill, the show management, or
GHHJA will not be responsible for any loss or damage or injury to persons,
horses or property. Each minor exhibitor must have parent,
guardian or trainer sign the release incorporated in the entry form. ALSO—EVERYONE
MUST SIGN A RELEASE FORM (INCORPORATED IN THE ENTRY BLANK) BEFORE RIDING ON
FRIDAY. Entry blanks are at the secretary’s area to be completed before
you mount.
2. All riders and trainers of horses and ponies in this show must be members
in good standing of the Greater Houston Hunter Jumper Association or pay
non-member fees. Horses and ponies competing for end of the year awards must be
registered. Membership dues are $30 for seniors (18 years of age or older), $25
for Juniors (under the age of 18), and horse/pony registration is $20 lifetime
or $5 annual. Dues must be paid to the show secretary or proof of membership and
horse/pony registration must be submitted before showing in order to earn points
. The owner of a horse/pony registering must check the GHHJA database to ensure
that the horse ‘s name is not already being used. A non-member rider or
non-member trainer may participate after paying the show secretary a ‘non-member’
fee of $10 per entry on a one time basis per show. Lead line division is exempt
from any membership fees.
3. Protective Headgear is required for all riders while mounted on
horses on the show grounds. ALL exhibitors must wear a harness hat
approved in accordance with the USEF rules. In all Classes, except for the
warm-up classes, riders must wear shirts with collars and either boots and
breeches or paddock boots and jodhpurs in order to show.
4. Coggins Regulation: Proof of negative coggins (drawn within last 12
months) is required of all horses.
5. Management reserves the right to change, cancel or combine classes, alter
courses, or do anything necessary to compensate for excessive or inadequate
entries. USA Equestrian rules prevail unless otherwise stipulated.
6. All entries must be secured by an open check at the time of
registration. Make checks payable to Hunt Farm . $25 plus bank charges for
non-negotiable checks.
7. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASHES during show hours. No bad dogs allowed.
8. Schooling Times: All day Friday. Up until 8:15 AM large arena and 7:45 AM
small arena, both days.
9. Full concession on grounds during show hours.
10. In order to compete in a stake class a horse/pony must compete in at
least one other over fences class in the division.
11. Five riders must be entered before start of medal class for class to be
held.
12. ONLY Walt/Trot, Pre-beginner and Beginner classes will be held up for
trainer conflicts.
